....can you say "oh my!!"
Just wanted to share more pictures of the ol' belly.....it's a biggin! My dr. says at this point, Porter is probably average weight, about 7 and a quarter. He definitely feels it!

Dr. appt 2/28/08
I had another visit with my dr. this morning. I'm now 90% efaced and still 2cm dialated (although he said it's now a "loose 2") He said my body is definitely preparing so it could be anytime now. He said next week (if I haven't had Porter yet) he could "rupture my membranes" and most of the time that helps things along. Of course, I said "OK!!!"
Sam is just hoping I don't go into labor over the weekend because he is going to Portland for a sturgeon tournament. We'll see what happens, I will keep everyone posted.
My wonderful boss Melinda is throwing me a baby shower on Saturday so that will be lots of fun. She is a fantastic cook and I always look forward to her cooking. :-) Plus, some old co-workers will be there so I'm really looking forward to seeing them and seeing some friends I haven't seen in awhile (be safe Marilyn and Shari!) I'm sure I will have lots of pics to share.
My mom might also make it over this weekend which is really cool being as she hasn't seen our house since the remodel! My sister along with Zoey and Lisa are coming on Sunday too so I will of course have tons of pics of Zoey to share. She isn't feeling too well right now but hopefully she will feel better by Sunday.
In other non-baby-related news, we have ourselves a boat! Sam has been looking to buy one for some time and ended up buying one last night. It's older and definitely a fixer-upper but we are excited to redo it to get it ready for future family fishing trips.

Up and working???
Ok, so I think I've got this figured out but I'm posting this to make sure. I've been meaning to get this up and running for some time now and thought this would be a great way to share pictures of our soon-to-be-born darling baby boy. We're getting closer and the dr. said it could be anytime now so we are very excited!!!
